Manuscript submission

Full length papers

All the authors are invited to submit their conference paper before May 20, 2010. Notice that contrary to the QIRT Journal paper, the conference paper is limited to 8 pages MAXIMUM including figures and references. The papers received after the afore mentioned date could not be included in the volume; They will be replaced by the abstract. These papers will be bounded in a B&W conference volume to be distributed to all participants at the beginning of the conference. The manuscript should be written according to the instructions for authors, available on the QIRT 2010 web site (See template below). Authors are requested to provide only electronic version of their camera-ready papers as *.doc as e-mail attached file to quebec@gel.ulaval.ca.

The papers must be written and presented in English, which is the official language of the conference.

All the contributions will be distributed in a black and white copy at the conference.

Oral presentation

The Conference programme will include keynote papers, lectures and posters. Each lecture as oral presentation will last at most 20 minutes, followed by discussion at the end of presentation. Posters will be displayed during the Conference. Presentation time will be indicated in the final programme.

LCD (data projector) connected to PC, slide and overhead projectors will be available in each conference rooms. PC will support PowerPoint files, and usual movie formats (*.avi, *.mpg). We want to strongly recommend and encourage the authors to bring their own laptop to the conference for presentation. Note that Macintosh type computer will not be provided by organizers.

The papers are to be submitted along the signed Copyright transfer sheet.
